Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists are university-trained professionals who are trained to prescribe and deliver exercise interventions which help to prevent, treat and manage health conditions and injuries. With a backing in science and research, Exercise has been shown to be effective in managing a variety of health conditions including but not limited to:

-              Musculoskeletal injuries

-              Low bone mineral density

-              Overweight & obesity

-              Stroke & neurological conditions

-              Metabolic conditions (diabetes)

-              Cardiovascular disease

-              Women’s Health concerns (pregnancy, menopause)

-              Mental health

1:1 Exercise Physiology Consultations

Suitable for people who are new to or getting back into exercise as well as those with complex or chronic health conditions or injuries.

Sessions are up to 1 hour and are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Appointments can be partially or fully covered by services such as Private health insurance, medicare, NDIS, DVA, or WorkCover.

Price range depending on appointment type.

Group Exercise Physiology

Group exercise classes are available for people who have been screened and who are deemed suitable for Group Exercise Physiology.

Appointments can be partially or fully covered by services such as Private health insurance, medicare, NDIS, DVA or WorkCover.

Class duration up to 1 hour, maximum capacity of 4 people.

Price range may depend on your class size & appointment type.
